BCC, in its coaching capacity, facilitates dynamic processes which empower individuals - on their own or with their families, boards, organizations, and small businesses - to make sustainable changes and consistent, meaningful progress to meet and exceed their goals. BCC takes on clients for niche coaching in discernment, relationships, productivity, and sundry iterations of “soft skills” coaching. We also offer our increasingly popular “adulting” coaching which guides recent college graduates with extraordinary potential as they fully transition to independence.

OUR FOUNDER
Audrey Beerman is Lead Coach and Senior Consultant of Beerman Coaching & Consulting (founded in 2004 as Audrey Shore Creative Consulting).
Ms. Beerman was raised in Massachusetts; holds degrees from Columbia University, the Jewish Theological Seminary, Brandeis University, and New York University; is a Junior League volunteer and Delta Gamma sister; and lives in Miami with her husband and son.
